We offer self-catering holiday cottages in North Wales for short or long stays. Our central location allows us to easily access both North and South Wales as well as all of the surrounding towns like Ruthin, Corwen and Bala. North Wales is a beautiful and ancient country that is rich in history, tradition, and language. There is plenty to do and see.
We have a farm called Bryn Dreiniog which we have lovingly restored and transformed into two charming cottages that can accommodate between 2-6 people. The cottages are furnished to a 5-star standard. Both cottages have a traditional stone exterior and an updated, modern interior. This allows you to relax and enjoy your time away knowing that you are in the best possible environment. There is also a smallholding that houses a horse, a flock of sheep and hens. You can explore the vast wooded areas and fields at your own pace, as well as many footpaths that will take you to the nearby towns.
There are many things to do near the cottages. You can go mountain- and hill-walking on the Snowdonian, which includes Snowdon, the highest mountain of Wales, Cadair, Rhinog, and many other mountains. Between the mountains is a beautiful valley with rushing streams and rivers. Half a mile from the Derwen fisheries, Brenig Lake, and a fishing pass for one mile of the Upper Dee. We also provide Self Catering Accommodation for Mountain Biking based holidays; our central elevated location makes it a perfect place for mountain biking, there are mile of tracks, lanes and minor roads to cycle leisurely, Bryn Dreiniog has plenty of open space for prepping bikes and post riding routines with access to agricultural sheds where they can be stored, we can also provide a horse box transport to carry bikes so you can utilize it for pick up and drop off at locations of your choosing.

Bryn Dreiniog is a working smallholding with a flock of sheep, a horse and some hens (which provide free range eggs for you). There are fields you can roam, woodland you can explore and many local public footpaths to walk.

Amazing holiday. Beautiful location. The host could not do enough. The children had a fantastic time. Would defiantly stay again.

The cottage is very well designed and furnished. The location is delightfully rural as it is set on a working farm, but this in no way impinges on your stay.
